Advance Search facilitates to search through Posted Jobs by using various parameters such as Experience, Location, Work Area, Qualification, Skills, Salary, Job Type and Job Level. By using these parameters correctly, you can increase your chances of retrieving only those jobs which match most with your requirements.
You can specify either or both of Minimum and Maximum Experience requirements. Specifying Minimum / Maximum Experience requirement will exclude all those jobs where Minimum / Maximum experience requirement has not been specified.
Keep `CTRL’ key pressed when you want to select multiple locations.
Select Functional Area, followed by Department from the dropdown. Now select one or more Job Titles for which you want to search a job.
Keep `CTRL’ key pressed when you want to select multiple qualifications.
Select one or more skill groups from which you want to select skills. Now select one or more skills for which you are looking for.
Select Currency from dropdown and enter minimum CTC you are looking for.
Select one or more Job Level which suits your requirement.
Select how many days old jobs, you want to search for.
Specify how many jobs you want to view on result page.. After searching jobs as per the specified criteria, Jobs are listed using a technique called `Paging’. If the result set contains large no. of records, paging helps to control the maximum no. of records shown on each page. Specifying a high value will cause page to load slowly.
You can control sorting order of the result, by selecting from Sorting Order dropdown.
